All releases are curated by Samuel Bogue, the long time Wine Director of Flour + Water. Samuel is a fifteen year hospitality veteran inspired by his travels across most of the historic wine growing regions of Europe and California. Samuel is a Certified Sommelier, Zagat 30 under 30 honoree, and the 2019 Star Chefs Rising Star Sommelier. It's from this background that he hand selects wines, noting that wine should be fun, approachable, unpretentious, and of course...delicious.
